Led the Vietsovpetro IT Master Plan, executing 72 distinct digital initiatives. Proved that transformation requires operational buy-in, not just software architecture.

Relocated to Toronto to co-found Pacifica Advisory. Currently guiding Canadian cleantech and energy firms through Vietnamese market entry, while lecturing at RMIT.

Early career foundational operations with Petronas Carigali, PVDrilling, and Schlumberger. Learned the realities of offshore drilling and technical service delivery in high-stakes environments.

Grew technical service enterprises from zero to trusted partners for Vietsovpetro, PVEP, and BSR. Navigated state-owned procurement and scaled operations across the region.

The Next Chapter

Translating execution into instruction

After twenty years of building companies and managing offshore operations, the focus shifted to capability transfer. Today, I teach data analytics and digital strategy to the next generation of energy professionals at RMIT University Vietnam and HCMC University of Technology.
